The Canadian Horse Defence Coalition encourages the adoption of horses from qualified rescue centres.

If you have an established equine rescue and would like to be included on our list, please contact the CHDC at  We will require references from your veterinarian and farrier.

If you have changed your web site or are no longer rescuing please advise us as soon as possible so that we may remove you from our list and keep it current.  Thanks!
